The British Association of Nutritional Therapists’ conference (12th April 2005), addressed the problem of obesity. Organized by Brighton-based publishers Pavilion (www.pavpub.com) and Martina Watts, nutritional therapist and columnist, the conference was aptly chaired by chemical pathologist & nutritional biochemist, our own Chair, Professor Michael Crawford.{}
