Interaction: the "public" can:	Comment	on selected content by category
		-- Authors/ admin get notified when comments are added
	WIKI	free-form collaborative content generation where they can write or change the main text
		-- Authors/ admin/ get notice of any page changed -- Admin can revert to earlier versions
		-- or just comment below, if for instance, the main text is nearly finalised. -- Authors/ admin get notice public can "reply" to Comment; original comment maker gets notice of reply
		Users can easily create new pages to develop themes and tidy content
		Pages or whole sections can be restricted to: - just registered users - just Members - just Committee - or even just designated people
