Two themes run
through this conference. First, we know the diet necessary to
generate healthy brains and, hence, we know the distortions that
create mental ill health. Second, people are not eating this diet.
Indeed, our diet is deteriorating and mental problems increasing. To
allow these trends to continue would be folly.
The urgent challenge
now is: what should we do about it? How do we assist people to eat a
brain-healthy diet? Discuss.
