Leigh Broadhurst and I have a chapter in the book which of course makes the case for DHA fish and sea food specifically for enlargement of the brain. Another way of looking at it is sea food and fish to prevent the universal collapse of relative brain size seen in all land based mammals without exception as they evolved larger and larger bodies. The Dolphin has 1.8Kg of brain whereas a zebra (non ruminant) with a similar body weight has only 350g.
